A crane lifts something onto the roof of the gutted Trevett-Mattis Building.
It's been exactly 4 months since the M2 on Neil groundbreaking, time for a progress report. The parking lot on Neil & Church has been closed off for 4 months, and there's no sidewalk on Neil between Church and Hill. The weeds in the lot have grown tall. The Trevett-Mattis Building had its facade removed and stored away months ago, the stripped out building has yet to be demolished. Nothing has been dug or built on the site. When is the building going to be built?
