Hey Dan,
where did you stand to take this pics? It's really a nice view.
Good to see your photos again.
Hi Lathu, the door to the exterior stairway on the top floor of Everitt is usually open.
Thanks,
Dan
Wow,Dan what a truly outstanding photo.
I guess Everitt is what we used to just call the EE bldg. There used to be a bldg.immediately north of "Eng.Hall" that straddled the Boneyard. It was a Mech.Eng.facility and ancient. Too bad it had to go....but for a good cause.
Oh, the hours I spent in Everitt (then simply EE Bldg.) trying to understand electricity!
Great photo! Love the way you got so much of the beautiful cloud cover in there too!
Keep these photos coming Dan!
Wow, those trees got big.
My Dad's office was on the third floor of EE, Wright St, near the fire escape. I used to play on the fire escape 50 years ago. I remember the Boneyard as a nasty little creek. 35 years ago a hybrid electric car powered by a 350 cc honda mtcyl engine was tooling around in that area between EE and Civil Eng. Too bad they didn't keep up with it. If you remember the Radar dish on the roof of EE that bounced off the moon, my Dad was part of that. He taught EE for 32 years at the UofI. Great perspective for a photo! Thanks, we really enjoy your work.
